Everything about the best sunscreen for your protection

Sunscreen with about 45 spf. Im not using it at the beach or for sports just for daily protection.

is this for your face or body? I'll give you a recommendation for both, For face Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion in SPF 55, it's amazing, it actually mattes my face, and is the best sunscreen I have ever used. It's expensive so only use it on your face, the texture is extremely runny but don't let that put you off. I am super pale and have gotten sunburns that bled in the past. I wore this sunscreen in the Dominican and didn't burn at all.
For body I like L'oreal Ombrelle SPF 60 milk (it comes in lotion as well), the milk version absorbs quickly and doesn't leave that sticky oily residue you can get with other brands.
I know neither of these is 45, I tend to go over 45 lol.

Other brands that worked okay for me were Vichy and in an emergency Babyfaces (i think that's by coppertone lol)

If you're looking for just face, there is one that I use from a company called Thann, they're a Thai based product, All natural -Paraben, chemical free. Its an SPF 30 and it's non-greasy, It's super light so you won't have that oily film feel on your face! And because it has Shiso and White Tea extracts it's also an anti-oxident.
    Check it out:
