He got his information reversed. UVA are way worse than UVB, since most sunblocks do a good job of blocking UVB rays, but not UVA. err, “uvb uva rays” is totally wrong. It seems to be the new standard for water sports and endurance athletics. It doesn't seem to come off no mater how much I sweat and doesn't get in my eyes. Most importantly I don't get burned. If you take a look at the website you will see that they address all of the issues listed above with their product. An added benefit for me is that it doesn't make me break out.
