   The higher the better but going from 15 to 45 isn't 3 times the protection. More important to me would be if it was greasy or smelled bad. Actually if it smelled good would be negative for me as I avoid scented anything on my skin.

   I guess that SPF 30 is a good choice for most anything.

   I would suggest you use 30+

   Why? Well as you said you are out in the Sun a lot, and you don't want to do more damage to your skin. Make sure you wear a hat that covers your neck and tops of your ears.

    It depends if you are pale or somewhat tan.

    They have special face sunscreen at CVS, Target, and Brooks and other stores like that. Usually around 30 if you are somewhat tan, or if you are pale i would suggest 40.

    Whenever I go out in the sun, I use SPF 30. It seems to work the best for me. But after I'm done in the sun, I go in, wash my face, and apply face cream just in case my skin peels from dryness.
