   the brand doesnt make much difference—be sure you get one that blocks out UVA & UVB rays –on the back is a list on ingredients -be sure to get [ among other things ] titanium dioxide—i use banana boat with a SPF of 30—45 will give you even more protection

   I am not a big out in the sun kinda girl, but I’ve learned that as long as you remember to re-apply you should avoid getting burned. We went to the Grand Canyon recently and got the spray on sports sun block and my kids and husband re-applied, I did not. Guess who got burnt? That’s right, me. Of course it was only on the top of my shoulders/back area where I had missed spraying to begin with, but all the same you should re-apply after about 4 hours.
