What is the best sunblock to use?
Posted by adminI read that the ones with Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, and Paba (discontinued) cause DNA damage and create harmful free-radicals (My Anatomy and Physiology Book). And then there's sunscreen.. that only absorb the UV rays and not block/reflect them like the sunblock does. What Should I use then??? I like to be outside, and swim at the beach.
I should think the best ones are the ones recommended by Consumer Union. Yes?

CSIRO trial gets underway to find out if nanoparticles of Zinc Oxide get through the skin and into the bloodstream when they are applied to the skin in a sunscreen.
It’s really important to wear sunblock! ESPECIALLY if you’re on acne medications like antibiotics, roaccutane or benzoyl peroxide.
